The complaints, reports or appeals must be submitted by filling in the online form or by sending an email to info@ricotest.com.

For complaints, it is necessary to describe the complaint in detail and clearly, attaching supporting documentation. The notification of acceptance is sent within five days of receipt of the complaint.

RICOTEST undertakes to respond within the terms defined in the specific procedure, which is available on request, contacting info@ricotest.com.
